For customers:

• Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend your reservation.
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
• Loyalty points are earned on attended bookings only.

For business owners:

• A monthly subscription is required to list your business.
• You must provide accurate business information.
• BookLB is not responsible for disputes between businesses and customers.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

BookLB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
