BookLB is an online booking platform that connects customers with businesses across Lebanon. We provide the technology platform — we are not responsible for the services provided by the businesses listed on our platform.

Booking through BookLB is completely free. You are responsible for showing up to your bookings on time. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible through the platform. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.

Business owners must pay a monthly subscription to keep their listing active. If payment is not received, your business page will be hidden from customers. You are responsible for keeping your booking availability up to date and honoring confirmed bookings.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Payments can be made via OMT, Whish Money, Bob Finance, or bank transfer. Subscriptions are activated manually within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, photos, and information. BookLB reserves the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines or Lebanese law.

BookLB is not liable for any disputes between customers and businesses, service quality issues, or any damages arising from the use of our platform.

We collect your name, phone number, and email address when you register or make a booking. Business owners also provide business details and payment information.

Your data is used to manage your bookings, send you confirmations and reminders, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

When you book a business, your name and phone number are shared with that business so they can confirm and manage your booking. No other data is shared.

You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
